We are a German manufacturer of high quality frozen food products. Our plant is in Barssel. Barssel is a small town in Lower Saxony in Northern Germany, appr. 40 km from Oldenburg.

Currently we have 180 employees. The company was established in 1982.

EC-permission, HACCP program and IFS

Since 1986 we have the permission of the EC to export all our products. Including mince-meat-products.

Our quality management system has been certificated by International Food Standard (IFS). We are working with the HACCP program.

A complete range of meat-convenience-products
Our assortment includes all the traditional German dishes which are made of pork and beef. Additionally we produce various stir-fry-mixes and a stuffed baked apple which is called "Grandma's Baked Apple". Please have a look at PRODUCTS.

In the catering market in Germany we are a well-known company wich supplies Bars, Restaurants, Casinos, Events and more. We are a reliable partner and supplier of a lot of foodservice wholesalers in Europe.

Retailers
Since 1985 we supply the famous retailers in Germany with our successful product called "Gyros". In the year 2000 we awarded the "CMA Spezialitätenpreis" for our retail product "Großmutters Bratapfel" (Grandma's Baked Apple).

Manufacturers
For many manufacturers of can-food-products we offer solutions for different problems. We develop frozen-food-products which can be further processed easily.
